Idaho Association of Bilingual Education (IABE) announces an essay contest for bilingual and ESL students in the state of Idaho.  All submissions are due December 1, 2009.   The winners of the contest will receive cash prizes and recognition at the annual IABE conference in January.  Please see attachments for essay contest rules and the application form.
